How do I reserve an Adventure Pass?
Our Adventure Pass Program allows you to get free passes to the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium and the Blank Park Zoo. Reserve your passes here.
In order to use our Adventure Pass program, you must be 18 or older, live in the city of Manchester or rural Delaware County, and have an updated library card with fines below $5.00.

What do you offer besides books?
Other materials like movies, TV shows, board games, and magazines
One-on-one technology help appointments
Printing, scanning, copies, and faxing (for a small fee)
A genealogy room
Free coffee (bonus: it’s good because we’re coffee snobs around here) and cookies

What programs do you have for kids?
We have regular story times. See upcoming dates.

1000 Books Before Kindergarten is a program that encourages literacy. Contact us to learn more.
We have many other special events throughout the year. In the past, these have included Blank Park Zoo, the Grout Museum, Dan Wardell story times, Noon Year’s Eve, and so much more. Check our calendar for future events.
How much do you charge for late fees?
Books (and most items) are $0.20 a day when they’re late. Overdue movies are $1.00 a day. If you lose or destroy a material, we charge a flat fee based on material type plus a $10.00 lost/destroyed fee.
We want you to be able to use the library. If you owe money and can’t pay it off right away, we can work with you to create a payment plan.

How can I support the library?
You can join the Friends of the Library. The membership fee provides financial support for great projects and programs at the library. You can also volunteer to help with Friends-sponsored programs like book sales. Click here to learn more about the Friends.
We’re always grateful for monetary donations. Any money given to the library stays with the library. You can even let us know what you want the money to be used for. Contact us and ask for the director if you’re interested in making a financial contribution.
